We invite you to start submitting your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests using the ROS (Radwag Ordering System). This new method simplifies and speeds up the RMA process.

If you do not have access to the ordering system or you cannot find the "RMA Requests" option in the menu, please contact your Radwag sales representative for assistance.
